Q: I have medium light brown hair and light skin what color do you recomend?

I use the chocolate and my hair is dark red/brown. My skin tone is med to Fair. the chocolate is very dark I use it sparingly. I believe the brow should frame the face with depth of color without being over whelming. Go to Ulta and sample the colors

Q: does chocolate have a red tone to it?

I wouldn't say Chocolate has a lot of red in it (that describes the shade auburn, which is medium dark with a lot of red) but it is a WARM toned brown. The shade Dark Brown is the same value as Chocolate, but lacks the warm tone and has a NEUTRAL undertone - neither cool nor warm.

Q: Is it waterproof? I like to go swimming every sine is very hot here

It should stay on while you're swimming because it's long lasting

Q: Does this work on already full brows or will it look too much ?

It should work fine on full brows and since it is a pomade it will help keep the hairs in place too. If you want just a good brow filler without being a pomade, Anastasia Beverly Hills also has a brow powder.
