The Mindfulness Colouring Book: Anti-stress Art Therapy for Busy People

Amazing coloring book, the paper quality was also amazing and didn't bleed or get damaged like I'd anticipated with my brush pens. The size of the book was a bit smaller than I'd hoped, but that could just be a mistake on my part for not checking the dimensions.

I enjoy coloring this book. You just have to let your imagination go a little wild to enjoy the process of coloring.

This is the first book of this type I purchased. When it arrived it seemed a little small. However as I am using, it seems to be the perfect size to carry anywhere and color at my leisure. The artwork is so beautiful, that is it a pleasure to color. There are different types of options floral, geometric etc. So you can select the type of art based on your mood. The pages are nice and thick, so colors don't bleed on to the back of the page. It also makes it easy to use different coloring mediums. I have used color pencils, water colors and gel pens so far. A delightful book for many hours of relaxation, for sure!

just received the book. Got a great deal without the delivery charges. First things first...I am missing my free amazon bookmarks. i ordered two books in this order and got none and this has probably happened for the third time. Please, you know how attached we are to the bookmarks, amazon. Secondly, i am posting my first impression.and i have actually colored in yet so i'll update my review as soon as i try it. As such, the book looks really tiny. i mean pocket sized/ readers digest sized if i had to compare. So be sure you are looking for that size when you get it.the quality of the pages and the print is really great. Just a small issue. the book is really tightly bound or glued. not stapled. glued. so it curves on opening. I might have to crack the spine apart to keep it open and flat on a surface. just saying because i am going to be coloring in it. not reading it. would be great if it opened flat or could bend in half.

I liked how it is A5 size of sorts so it isn't too much for me to colour at one time. It's handy size can easily fit in your handbag/office bag. It has a pick-me-up coffee table side book feel which is inviting for you to actually use it. The illustrations range from easy patterns to complex so have your pick. Only drawback is that it is a paperback binded book so it's difficult to colour in the deep insides of the pages where the folds happen. If you have paranoia or OCD, it might trouble you.

I really enjoy this book! The designs are perfect, not too intricate but still interesting. Two things that can be improved: 1) the book is pretty small, wish it was slightly bigger 2) the spine doesn't allow you to colour right till the end, wish we could open the book completely flat But apart from this, a really great book! Worth it :)

Great little book, thick pages so you are able to use a variety of items to colour them. Arrived significantly earlier than estimated date. Will be buying the upcoming new edition

My son wanted a coloring book he could get lost in and he found it in this book. He was able to shut his mind down and just color for a few hours a day when the drama of life got to be too much.

I honestly cannot remember the last time I sat down and just didn't have to think. Stick your music on and for a while, you can just zone out. It's easy to be sceptical about a purchase like this, for starters: if you're an adult, you probably don't think this will work and that you won't have time for all the individual patterns and drawings.You also may think that colouring in is for children. I believe the aim of this book is what it says on the cover, "anti-stress art therapy for busy people." I'm at university and suffer from a mental health condition and find that it eases me out of my thoughts and gives me something of my own to work on. Nobody can judge this as it's simply yours to create and somewhat 'destroy'. If you feel bothered that you will have to buy colouring pencils to go with it, fear not. The patterns are simple and quirky enough that you could colour in with two separate coloured biros, unlike myself who will shade for hours on end and become quite engrossed in what I am creating. This is great for kids also (due to the simplicity), either with their own individual books or as a shared activity with you and your child/children. I was worried about the size of this book originally when I saw a few friends post about it on other social media sites, but it fits into my jacket pocket! It's roughly the thickness of a PS4 game case, but a little taller so it's very easy to carry around in handbag or a schoolbag. The pages are thick enough to use markers that won't go through (however you might want to test this yourself as each marker is different in strength). Each page is individual although you may find on one/two shared pages that the pattern is repetitive, it's still not worth fussing over as you can decorate it as you please. All in all it's a fantastic product and I cannot wait to finish it - you can just pick up from where you left off and not have to worry.

Pleasantly surprised. The book is small, high quality and well made! Images are varying in complexity and the paper is thick. Perfect for mindful colouring!
