Absolute garbage
Absolutely do not buy a refurbished television from Amazon. This is the second one I bought. They’ve both been BS. This one would not even turn on. I’ve received it today and it’s getting returned tomorrow absolute garbage.

No plug in /adapter for a dvd player
This is a very nice product for the price. However, there are NO plug-ins for a DVD player. Just be aware of this before you purchase it.

Purchase two for my small home. Works great love that I can use my phone as a remote when the kids lose the remote.

One big piece of spyware that you can't even use unless you set it up online completely
First of all, I wanted this as a computer monitor. You can't even switch to the HDMI inputs unless you connect it to the internet, let it download OS updates, then download app updates. This took close to an hour. Finally you MUST set up a Visio account so they can track your every click. I'm not exaggerating. They even tell you that's what they are doing. You need a working email and a phone number but they don't check the phone so I used the last spam number from my phone history. Once I was finally able to switch to the HDMI input I realized that it was not a 4K TV like I had been trying to purchase. I had selected criteria for my search on Amazon for 4K TVs. Amazon placed 2K TVs in my search results. SMDH. I sent it back after having it forget my network info. Went to the local W on my way back from shipping it back and found a Roku 4K for the same price. Didn't even have to connect to the internet :-) I was up and running in 5 minutes. I had always liked my Visio's but I guess that ship has sailed
