Don’t buy. Cheap price because it’s cheap quality
Cold water doesn’t work. Lukewarm water runs in the hotter side. Dispenser is very lightweight, so it’s moves around a lot. The design of the push nozzle makes water leak after every use.

Works great perfect size. I actually took it into work to put in our back office.

Doesn’t work without the stand!
The directions State to turn on the hot water switch and cold, water switch, etc. etc. however, those switches are on the base not on a countertop. Gone through this whole process thrown out the box everything else and now I can’t even get product support to call me.

This thing barely cools water. And even then, you will only get about 6-8 oz of cold water. I am returning.

Defective
The media could not be loaded. We plugged it in and it immediately started smoking like it was gonna start on fire was very disappointed had to return it.
