Fabric Security Wallet with Chain

Son's just started secondary school and after the second 'I've left my wallet on the bus' incident I was borderline hysterical (replacing a bus pass is just beyond frustrating), this item is a god send and saves huge amounts of stress & anxiety for both of us. Would've been nice if there was a plastic window type card holder & some design on it but it seems strong & looks like it can stand up to the neglect and rough handling it will get.. I've attached it by jump ring direct to his back pack. Now I just need to get him microchipped!

I've had products similar to this for several years, and have found the bulk-free aspect of the wallet highly desirable. Sure it's cheap and Velcro fastened but when you're in a hurry it's definitely an advantage. Perfect size for credit cards and similar with no risk of things falling out by accident. Keep the small change to a minimum and no-one will even know you're carrying it. Lasts on average about three years before the material wears through. Chain is removable if you don't like it. Clasp on chain is very secure.

Yet again, a product that is not the same as the photos. I wanted a wallet where the credit card slots face inwards not upwards, so that once the wallet loosens up the cards still can’t fall out. The photos showed that this product had this, but the one delivered did not. Why is it so hard? Why is it so hard for wallet designers to design something that is PRACTICAL and NOT BULKY. And why is it so hard for Amazon sellers to correctly illustrate their products.

I'd been searching for a secure tri-fold wallet to replace a Pacsafe one I'd had for some years, but it had to have credit card pockets that faced inwards as I'd had bad experiences with wallets that had upward-facing pockets (the cards eventually start falling out when you least expect them to).The photos originally showed this to be ideal, with all the pockets facing in. On arrival, however, the wallet had the upward-facing pockets now shown in the revised photos, so it was returned (and I waited a fortnight to receive a refund).Apart from the card pocket problem, this also had a huge ring attaching the chain to the wallet, adding to its bulk in the pocket. At the opposite end of the chain was a tiny, flimsy ring joining it to the clip and it was thus unlikely to be secure.This was another case of 'you get what you pay for'. I'll now be paying for a proper Pacsafe wallet, rather than a cheap and dodgy imitation.

Seems well made, the stitching is regular and zips all function as expected. Lots of internal compartments for all your cards etc. Very pleased with the product so far. Slightly reserved about the wallet as they tend to be high wear items time will tell. UPDATE Having had this for a year it has lasted well with no signs of wear, the only real difference from new is that the edges have softened and become more malleable and it's become easier to stick in my pocket. All stitching remains intact, all velcro still has plenty of grip and all zips still function. Based on this performance it's been very good value for money.

Looks nothing like the photo and description. Not fabric but PVC material. Eyelet very close to edge and will pull through easily. Requested, and received full refund.

Bought this to replace a 'Lorenz' wallet with cleat and strap that I have had for some years (before the tag on the zipped compartment broke off). This wallet is smaller, and I have had to put up with carrying less bits and pieces in my wallet. However, it seems well made and strong and can be clipped to a belt loop- I think this is a worthwhile feature as previously I lost a wallet that fell out of my pocket. The chain is quite long, but this means you don't have to detach it when using the wallet.

I bought this for my husband as his old wallet was falling apart and we were due to go on holiday. He loves it, it's a good quality and he felt it was secure without being obtrusive or the chain annoying. The chain is just the right length for the wallet to sit comfortably in his pocket with the clasp attached to a belt hook. If you are prone to forgetting your wallet and leaving it in cafes etc or are going on holiday and just want that extra bit of security without having to wear a money belt, this is just perfect.
