This has worked well for me. I had been taking it for a few months, and noticed I was losing some weight, I am a everyday workout person, and my strength was fine. I started noticing some loose skin in places where I was hoping to lose fat around the waist (and not only there) - holy cow! It's working! I'm getting some jeans taken in as they were getting too big. I'm staying on these until further notice.

This product didn't work for me. I ordered two bottles and I'm just finishing with the first one at the 60 day mark. Bummer for me, I'm passed the deadline to return the second bottle. WASTE of money! I work out, eat well and wanted to lean up. I'm exactly the same weight and see no difference in body composition and felt no change to my appetite, nothing!!. For those that still want to try this product, I never had any issue with it burning my stomach. I have felt literally nothing when taking this product. No side affects but nothing that the product marketed either. SAVE your money, skip this product.

This is a weight loss product, and it didn't help me lose weight. Waste of money.

Love it, it only has 20-30 SHU Per full dose (2) if you truely, follow the instructions..it says take "1" capsule, and (up to "2" capsules) per day to access your tolerance!..WITH FOOD! Maybe you'll have to go back to "1". I have a very sensitive stomach and digestion problems, so I started w/1cap a day w/Food. A couple of bites before the cap, then finished my meal, while accessing my tolerance, for 2 weeks ie no problems. The 3rd wk I started "1" in the am n 1 in the pm by the same method. My toleration is fine..and my gut has stopped gurgling..I think the rice flour & Magnesium additives help minimize the heat..Not looking for weight loss, I feel I've lost maybe a lb or 2. The best perk is that my bloated feeling is gone...I have, since starting, graduated to 3 caps per day. I will try to update in a couple of months to report my tolerance levels..maybe add some capsicool caps to up the heat..Thanks Capsimax..♡♡ 2.This is a short update..I'm now taking 3 per day adding a Natures Way Capsicool cap with each dose, to up the heat, still my biggest perk is no more bloat or sour stomach. However with this last Bottle (my 2nd), I'm not feeling that comfy heat, letting me know it's still working. I even experimented by taking 3 with just water and felt no heat at all! Seriously thinking of canceling my 3rd bottle on auto delivery in January... I'm on low income n can't afford to waste my $

This product works! Whether it works for you depends on how you use it, or maybe you just need to try a different method. Every thing doesn't work for everybody. I noticed my best results beginning after having it in my system for about 10 days along with working out. I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach once and I felt like I was going to die. I just learned to make sure I take with food. I take it along with Apple Cider vinegar tablets and cinnamon tablets because I have been a sugarholic most of my life and the combination increases my metabolism and burns up resistant yeast which prevents me from losing weight. With a change of eating habits and working out only 2 to 3 times a week it is helping me tremendously. Also due to medical conditions including blood clots and occasional kidney challenges I have to be very selective about consuming dietary supplements, so you have to find what works for you.

this product really does work, just give it a chance and stick with it for 8 to 12 weeks as they say. don’t get discouraged and stop taking it after only a week or even 1 day. today i did something really stupid and decided to take 2 on an empty stomach as i forgot to take one the previous day. i just woke up in the worst pain i’ve ever been in. please what ever you do, do not be as stupid as me. it was about 20 minutes of excruciating pain.
