At first I resorted to command strips but that didn't really hold the cameras weight,as a result I resorted to this, the adhesive quality is pretty strong and out of the box it's pretty easy to install. This is just a base for your ring camera so it's pretty to adjust the different angles, the build quality it's pretty good, pretty sturdy once it's on whatever surface you want it to be. As for how much it's worth, I wouldn't really recommend it if you're on a budget, if you're constantly moving the camera, don't get this , but if you're getting this to place a camera in a specific location for long term, it's worth it.

Convenient and easy

The other Ring cords do not fit this model, which is pretty unfortunate. I have two different generations and was hoping I could swap the cords between them, but they’re not compatible. Additionally, this model is immobile unlike Blink models, so you don’t have the same flexibility in placement. That was a bit disappointing for me since I’m used to being able to move cameras around more easily. It works fine overall, but the lack of cord compatibility and mobility are definitely things to keep in mind before purchasing.
