Good bike, bad support from Amazon
Do not buy this if you think you can start using this by just assembling it yourself. The gears system was preinstalled but broke when my kid was riding it at a low speed. The mail to the support team of the company bounced. Amazon's support staff confirmed on call that it could be returned even if the original packaging was missing (it was a gift). I waited for the agreed pickup date as mentioned by the Amazon support person. I did not get any call. Now I see that she had selected self shipping as the method. I can't spend money on shipping a faulty product and wait for them to refund my money.. I have already shared the pics of what broke. Update: The FitTrip team could be reached on phone and agreed to resolve the matter without a return or exchange. I paid for the broken derailleur & shipping as it was broken due to bad usage. They sent me the part along with some goodies. They also explained how gears have to be used correctly. Hope they include the same information during delivery. Amazon wasted a lot of time by telling one thing on the call and doing something else on the system. Changing the rating to 5* as the cycle is lightweight, well painted and better than my son's friends' cycles.

Bhooot hi ghatiya survice hai fit rip walo ki meri new cycle me dikkat thi 3 days tk mujhe bs yahi bolte rhe ki ho jayega bt hua ni kuch na inhone koe help ki call bhi bhooot mushkil say othayi na koe saluction hua insay last me mujhe khud jake bhaar say cycle ko thik krwana pda bhooot hi ghatiya survice hai dont bye again

Value for money
There was some issue with the suspension Amazon was not at all helpful eventually seller called back and replaced the upgraded suspension with a nominal fee. Great support from the seller and now my son is very excited.
