Usefull removing dents from most any metals.

What are the tabs that can be used for and what are the different tabs for each color?

The colors really dosn't matter, very small tabs for tiny dents, longer narrow tabs for longer dents. Always start with the size that just fits the dent, then keep working down to smaller tabs. Best advice is to go to Youtube and type in Paintless Dent Repair, will bring up a long list of How To videos.
