This doesn’t taste as good as a liquid IV, but it doesn’t taste bad. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I work outside and it definitely helps that there are 90 servings!!! I don’t need to spend $16 for 10. What a deal from this brand. Good stuff.

Mixes well with water or1% milk in a blender or battery operated mixer. Mixes with fiber powder. Tastes good, though a little too sweet for my taste.

I didn’t like the taste of this electrolyte and go as far as saying it’s the worse I’ve had tasted. It’s great value for money if you like the taste of it though. You do excrete a lot of the minerals out as well so not certain it’s doing its job. I will not buy again. And not sure i can finish my full tub.

I really like the stuff I had to slow down drinking it due to the vitamin C. If this could be optional I would buy more. At this time I have 2 containers of the stuff and can only drink it when the vitamin c won’t interfere with other supplements. Would like an option with higher quality ingredients. Easy to use doesn’t taste too bad. I like some of the vitamins added others seem to be too much. Also the zinc in it is great but if you consume on an empty stomach may get nauseous. Really clears up morning brain fog. It helps me urinate less if I’m trying to stay extra hydrated.

I typically make about 2L of electrolyte drinks at a time and keep it in the refrigerator. I saw in one of the reviews that if you don't drink it immediately, it develops a strong vitamin taste. And that was definitely my experience. I got the strawberry lemonade flavor and I didn't think it tasted anything like strawberry or lemonade, but it did taste just like a popular brand of chewable vitamins that feature Stone Age cartoon characters. I've used around 10 different brands of electrolytes and have never had a problem with making a large batch ahead of time and keeping it in the refrigerator. The other brands taste the same fresh as they do 2 days later.

Great value for the money the amount of serving you get in the container compare to the other electrolyte mix packets this is worth to buy, it has a good flavor to it good mix ability no chalk dust or powdery stuff at the bottom of your bottle when done drinking or mixing

I purchased the pink lemonade flavor and really enjoyed the flavor and benefits. So, I decided to try the strawberry lemonade flavor. This flavor is horrible and now I'm stuck with a product that cannot be returned. Buyer beware! The seller was kind enough to refund me for the strawberry lemonade so I will continue to use the pink lemonade. Recommend to use less product in your water bottle to get a better flavor. Thank you.
