I recently purchased the 2.5 Gal KZF Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier and I am very impressed with it! This humidifier within one day put some moisture back in my house. I’m on oxygen full time and the indoor air drys my nose so much until now. It hold 2 gallons of water, I got distilled water for it. It came with a remote and it has different settings. The humidifier itself is about 3’ tall and slim. It’s a great addition to anyone on full time oxygen. 9/25: UPDATE: I ordered and received this September 1st. Today it quit working. I checked the settings, cleaned the machine based on instructions, put in new water, everything according to directions. It’s a no go and headed to the trash since I threw the box away. Very disappointed.

This humidifier worked ok for me during the summer months but now that it’s cold outside it does not want to keep up with the dryness. I’m disappointed and thought it would be better. The humidity level is also incorrectly read by the machine as I bought a separate humidity reading device and they do not match. The buttons and touch screen are of very poor quality.

I just received this humidifier yesterday. It seems to be working very well and it is extremely quiet. It comes with an operator manual but unfortunately for me it is 100% useless as the fonts are so small that with or without glasses I cannot read anything at all. One week later: this humidifier works great but I find the water level useless as I cannot see the level from outside. Adding a small red ball or similar would greatly help to check the water level. The seller would do two great favors to its customers if: He printed the manual in font size that in fact can be read. He indicated that unless one use distilled water,the flames on a gas stove will turn orange and seem unsafe. ( It took me over a day of research to find a 10yaers old video demonstratingt this). I am buying one more for a different room

***Update 12/15: KZF customer service has reached out to me and provided a replacement humidistat is not exactly accurate but it absolutely works, my biggest issue with this device is its behavior when power is lost and then restored to the plug. All the device settings are lost when power is lost to the device and the device does not restart to its previous state, or at all, when power is restored, it just stays powered down, even when power is restored. This makes the device not as useful for functions such as only running the dehumidifier during certain hours of the day or night.
