replaced my Krups frother and so far this one is waaaayyyy better!! Such thick lovely froth - and I really appreciate the cleaning tools that were included.update - well it was nice while it lasted but on month after the return window closed it has stopped working.

There are so many reviews that will be similar to mine. Frothier worked great in the beginning and it gave me actually 6 months of good use. It is now worthless. It works on all 4 levels but will NOT froth a thing. I bragged about it so much that my daughter bought one and hers failed after 4 months. She received a full refund and I expect to receive the same. The unit looks brand but does NOT froth a thing. So many similar situations you would think Amazon would pull it from the shelve.

I've used this 2-3 times a day for a month. I'm really into cold foam but at $7-8 each SB is not a sustainable option. I struggled with my handheld being inconsistent and making a mess. This is super easy it even foams just milk or creamer (SB uses 3Tbl heavy cream, 2TBl 2% milk, and one tablespoon syrup but with a handheld the results depends on how fresh and cold the cream and milk are and getting right ratio. With this I dump in whatever let it do it's magic. Runs for about a minute. Hot setting is great for non flavored foam on tea or hot latte. Cold foam on hot chocolate mmm. I've even made flavored whip cream with it. To clean out a drip of dish soap with water and run it. It'll foam the same as milk (i.e., don't go past the line).

Worked great for about 7 months and just stopped frothing milk. Such a shame because I loved it. I was careful to hand wash so not sure if the motor just gave out? Tried googling to contact them and they don’t appear to have a working business website.

Received this frother in the middle of January. I actuallybought a second one for my house (I bought the first one specifically for our ministry) after a week of using it because I was so pleased with the quality of the product. Almost instantaneously, both of them stopped working properly. The one at my work facility started making a loud grinding noise, and the milk did not get frothy at all. The one at my house did ok at the beginning, but since then, it just creates warm milk. I'm using the Oatly Barista brand so the froth should be pretty solid, but I am not getting it from this product. I ordered another frother today and am hoping for some better results.

When I wake up in the morning I feel like I'm in a cafe after using this frother. It changes my coffee. It changes my morning. I really want to give it less than five stars but that wouldn't be fair. This is because my husband gave me it for Christmas, which I thought was not cool. I don't want a frother for Christmas. But it's here now and it's lovely.

I contacted the company and they shipped a new one out free of charge. So far the new one is performing just fine.**I went to my coffee this morning and the unit heats but no longer froths. There's a high pitch sound as if it's trying to spin but nothing's happening.**

First I really enjoy topping my daily cup of morning coffee off with a full froth and this one really does it to my satisfaction! And now I froth my milk for my 4 PM Rooibos tea! And I love that this brand includes the cleaning sponge and the rubber spatula to get every bit out. Unfortunately the little spinner snapped and I wrote to the company to make them aware that I just needed the accessory as the frothier still worked but missing the bottom spinner now. They were very receptive to my request and answered promptly keeping in touch (by email) until it arrived (rather quickly in fact). Therefore I’m so very happy I chose this company and model for my little guilty pleasure!
