It doesn't work
It just doesn't work , I bought it to connect my electric guitar to my laptop for recording. This doesn't work no matter what I do, the device doesn't recognize it at all

It works for my headphones.
I have a Sennheiser HD 598cs. It came with 2 cables, 1) 2.5mm(inserts in the headphone itself) to 3.5mm(Inserts in laptop/phone audio jack). The cable broke down due to some reason, so I though of using the second cable that came with the headphone but the catch was that is was 2.5mm to 6.5mm, so I needed an adaptor to make 6.5mm to 3.5mm so that I can fit it into my laptop, hence I ordered this adaptor, and it works perfectly. The only thing to note is that you have to really push the 6.5mm end into the female part of the adaptor, it is a bit snug, so apply some force and it will work just fine.

Do not buy, it just fails in its primary function,
I've purchased this wireless mic for use in small functions like sangeet keertan etc, also for some entertainment to my kids, I've connected the receiver to creative 5.1 channel speaker via a 3.5 mm connector, sound is ok but mic only work when you touch your mouth with it, means very poor sensitivity, if there is only 1 cm gap between mic & your mouth then it will not capture your sound, the worst part is if you want to hear any musical instrument sound (like dholak & tabla ) it will not work because it work only with zero gap, waste product for me, sound quality is just OK. not recommended to buy , you can go for any good company mic. very disappointed

Good one
The product is good. The coating will get damaged and the product become shabby after sometime. It doesn't work with all the connectors, I had bad experience when tried connect to the main audio console in a professional program. (May be connector of the wire provided by the Audio System may also be worn-out due to frequent use)

Fine, as per the price
Overall, a pretty good purchase. Wanted some way to connect my guitar for light playing, and didn't want to get an expensive interface.

Pretty Good
I use it with my Zoom H4n (for monitoring) and it works well. Most reviews are complaining about low volume/noise when connecting their mic with 6.35mm plug to a 3.5mm jack. That's because those mics (usually dynamic) require line level pre-amps! Nothing wrong with this adapter. Price could have been a bit lower though...
