Today i brought this product from amazon can anyone guide me how to use this product perfectly?after using do we need to wash face?

Basically every skin type must follow CTMP routine, which is cleansing(washing face) toning moisturizing and protecting(sunscreen),this must be the 2nd step of your skin care routine, Wash your face first Pat dry face with clean towel dn take sum drops of biotique toner in a cotton pad n just dab/wipe gently all over your face,make sure to follow with moisturizer aftr application of this toner...
