This face steam is a must have product. I just dnt use it for my facial n skin care routine but I also used it fr those days when I cnt speak n have blocked noise , fever etc..It's highly recommend for family use but for kids keep their face a little away from the mouth of the steamer as their skin is very sensitive . Overall the design n water taank capacity is good enough for a full face steam fr a facial..Every easy to use n good design n no water leakage etc.

I didn’t anticipate it being so big, but after using it for a while, I can confidently say I don't regret switching from the traditional steam method to this modern version. It's definitely a great upgrade.When it comes to customer support, I had a good experience. I noticed the water in the tank depleted quickly after inserting it, and I initially thought it might be a fault. So, I contacted the support team using the provided number. They were very helpful, explaining how the steamer works and when it should or shouldn't be in use.Overall, I had a positive experience, and the support team was excellent
