Nice and but service problem for installation

I was using this product for 3 years. The hot water that is produces is super hot, no doubt. But I see TWO major cons 1. As its 4.5Kw, I get my electrical fuse failure many a times. Really its heavy current. So I do not recommend unless you have proper electrical setup in your house. Though I live in good apartment, this much Kw (Current flow) doesn't suit. So Please think twice. 2. One fine day, we started getting current shock from water taps, not just in our bathroom, but across apartment. This was due to this faulty heater, which caused current leak. I see heating element failed and to the WORSE, it started electrical current leak (though we had proper ground supply connected). This is really bad. I don't worry about heat failure, but this current leak to water is DANGEROUS. The product should have had mechanisms to handle current leak. I am really worried and disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this. This is really a deadly product. Please avoid.
