Clearly the cartridge body is not the same as my original 88XL cartridge. I was excited to have some reasonable cartridge replacements but when I tried the first one, being the black one it would not fit. I took pics of the original and will upload if needed but you can clearly see there is a tab on these that is not on my original HP88XL black. Hopefully it was a simple oversight by the company as I'd love to use them.

I had refilled a prior ink cartridge at Costco and it was very convenient. I recently needed another refill and found my Costco eliminated the in store photo center that I used to refill my first cartridge. Since I purchase many items on line from Amazon, I searched and found Limeink Remanufactured Cartridges. To my delight the order arrived promptly and I quickly resumed using my printer. The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this product because I was in need of a black cartridge. I bought the 4 pack because it was a great deal. I did have issues with the black cartridge. I called the number provided in the box because they provide an extended warranty. They were very nice to help me trouble shoot to see if they could it the cartridge to print. (My issue was with the black cartridge since the color cartridges did work.) Since we could not get it to work, they sent me a new one. This new one didn’t work as well. I even did the same trouble shooting technique to get it to work and it didn’t.

I have ordered from here with no problems. I replaced all the cartridges in my printer with this order and all my pages are coming out purple. I took them out and reinstalled to no better results. I'm so disappointed. I had recommended these to a friend and am hoping he has better results.

We have bought these before and they work perfectly with our printer every time. Best part is that they are much less expensive than the name brand.

This ink is working just fine in my printer. The description does not mention that the color inks are regular size, not XL. Only the black ink is XL. This is exactly the combination that I needed. I took a chance and ordered this ink based on the online photo of the ink cartridge sizes, and it worked out perfectly.

For some reason I had an issue at first. Believe it was my printer needing the alignment step etc. But they are perfect and will purchase again.
