This ankle bracelet is beautiful, but not effective for pain. Still, I enjoy wearing it everyday!
I love wearing this beautiful ankle bracelet, but it has not helped with my ankle pain, or prevented my foot from falling asleep at night. It is designed to help arthritis pain, but I have peripheral neuropathy, not arthritis, so that may be why it hasn't helped me. The adjustment tool is too large to fit in the tiny holes, so we could not adjust it to make it smaller. Instead, I wear a comfortable slipper sock over it when I sleep. I did not clamp it properly (push hard!) the first week, so I developed an abrasion - my mistake.
