Very disappointed with this kettle. Within just 2 months of normal use, it started rusting from the inside, which is completely unacceptable for a product used to boil drinking water. Shortly after, it also started leaking, making it unsafe and unusable. The lid quality is also very poor. After regular use, it appears to deform/melt due to the heat, so it no longer fits or functions properly. To make matters worse, the service center is very far away, making the warranty of little practical use. I expected much better quality and durability, but this product failed far too quickly. Based on my experience I would not recommend buying this kettle.
