Threaded hole was missing on one of the posts which allows anyone to just slide the hook off and walk away with the bike. I cannot leave anything but I’ve star for any issues at this price point. Directions are not the best.

It seems like a good rack at first. Instructions are pretty good and it does function. However, it wobbles A LOT. It’s not the part that is going into the hitch receiver. It comes with a nice anti-wobble bolt and lock for that. But the part that the bikes are actually one wobbles about 1.5 to 2 inches to each side. I made sure all bolts were tightened and I’m handy enough to know there’s nothing I can do to tighten it. Right now I have to use ratchet straps from the bike platform to my truck hitch to get rid of some of the wobble. Unfortunately I pretty much immediately threw out the box because my first impressions of it were solid. The hooks that hold down on the bike’s top tube don’t stay down very well either. If you have a full suspension bike, the rear suspension will bounce up and down and eventually push the hook up. Hard to explain but basically, get a different rack. This one isn’t very secure.

I've had this bike rack for 4 years now. You have to be really careful when driving when its fully loaded be careful with dips and speed bumps.

Update: After talking to Amazon, I sent the below email to the company support email (that was very hard to find). For 5 days I have chased the manufacture, ZERO response. Once my review below was published, I have received a message notifying my that I will get a refund. Although I got a refund which is better than nothing, I now have a bike rack that I'm concerned to use with no support and faulty parts. Unless you are lucky and you get a good product I suggest avoiding this rack and looking for a different brand. I have mixed feeling about this bike rack, on one hand it is very solid (extremely heavy) however the instructions are really bad and some parts that are shown in the instructions as assembled are coming in bags without instructions. Below is my email to the company support, I hope people find it useful. I will update my review after I get a response from the company. 1. The instructions are not accurate/detailed enough. None of the bags are marked with numbers as shown on page 1, most of the nuts and bolts are coming in 1 bag. Also, the instructions online and what comes in the box are different versions. 2. The wheel holders do not come with the knobs assembled as shown in the instructions, instead there are 3 bags of parts (see images #1,2,3) – Please confirm how these should be assembled. 3. Both vertical beams don’t have pre drilled holes/threads for the M6 screw (see images #4 & 5), please send 2 replacement beams with threads asap. 4. Please look at image #6, are these the straps? They are coming in a separate bag and not as shown in the picture, can you please confirm/share instructions how they should be used/attached to the rack? 5. Please look at image #7, the extension hitch tube, it has a significant gap and I have serious concerns about the strength/stability, please confirm that this is secure and should hold the weight of the bike 6. Please look at image #8, these rubber gaskets were in the bag but are not mentioned in the instructions, can you confirm where/how they should be used?
