If there is a display problem, Amazon is responsible for returning or refunding the item and contacting the manufacturer to get a replacement. For example, if we bought an item from the store and it turned out to be defective, the storekeeper returned it to the manufacturer. Amazon advised contacting the manufacturer after refusing to accept the faulty item. I wish I could give it a zero rating.
