I don't normally write long reviews, but since they have served me well, I will give them the praise they deserve. I am a mess and often put them loose in my pocket, and the next thing I know is that they are gone, but I buy them again, as you can't hope for better quality at such a low price. These are the third pair I own. I tried the C40i as they promised to be superior, but returned them and went back to these due to terribly low volume on those. The choice of volume is fantastic, high enough to immerse you in whatever you are listening to while still being able to hear what's around you (or not, if you want the best volume without being disturbed by moderate sounds in your surroundings). It works well with calls, never had an issue with them. I have several noise-cancelling ones, but I only use those sparingly. Unless on the bus or the underground, I always use these on the street, to watch TV without disturbing my daughter's sleep, but being able to hear her if calling me, for work calls, etc. The battery lasts very long, and I don't have to put them in teh case during a work day. I have no clue how different these are from £250 options, but I don't care; these cover all my needs. I continuously forget I have them on (to my partner's mockery), as they are very light and can be adjusted to fit right without falling off.

I wanted an open ear design as I find having something stuck in my ears whilst exercising becomes uncomfortable. Naturally I was drawn to the Bose Open Ultra clip-on earbud, but I could not justify the £250 to £299 cost for running on the treadmill or around the park. And let’s be honest do we really need an audiophile quality sound when sweating and dodging others whilst out running? As a brand I love Anker and have a number of their power solutions - they justifiably have a great reputation in this area, but I was still somewhat dubious about a pair of £45 clip on open earbuds. I thought they would be tinning and disappointing. Having worn my newly acquired ones over the last few days I can report that I find them pretty comfortable and have a pretty impressive sound quality. Even when load enough to hear them over the TV (when my wife is watching) they do not leak significant sound. The standard EQ is OK, but I still downloaded the app onto my iPhone and tried the other options. To me the Bass present sounds awful (flat), I agree with other reviewers who say the spacial audio/surround is rather disappointing and that was true for the vast majority of music from most of my streaming sources I use. There are some tracks that do sound pretty ok. But again, this is not really the purpose of these buds (I am also in love with my Sonos Era 300, so these are never going to stand up to muster). That said if you spend even a few moments with the custom options and set an EQ profile that suits your taste you will find these little bits of clip on plastic more than capable of sounding nice whilst exercising. Reviewer also mention that they are poor for call quality - again not really surprising when you consider the design and their intended purpose. Would I recommend these? If you have no financial limits and you want to sit in quiet environments, I would hazard the Bose are better, but for exercising with I can't imagine they are 5 times the price better. Anker/Soundcore have done it again. They have built a good (not super premium) quality product and brought it to market at a price that delivers pragmatically pleasing results at a sensible price - thanks Anker. A last point - the case is a little naff, serviceable and functional but does let the overall package down. I do not need or even really want wireless charging, but the case does feel like it is - plastic.

I've been using these for a while now, and they are reliable with good sound and decent battery life. I have found that the touch controls get triggered when out in bright weather sometimes, you can disable them but then of course you're unable to use them until you reactivate them. They do exactly what I need them for primarily which is to listen to music and podcasts when exercising, without cutting me off from the world completely. Comfortable to wear and use, good value for money, I'd say.

Absolutely love, love, love these The freedom to be able to privately listen to music and not be completely closed off from my surroundings makes me feel really safe. The battery life is fabulous and they're really comfortable to wear. They're so good I've had to buy another pair after my 17 year old daughter ditched her air pods in favour of these. These are not noise cancelling but that is my favourite thing about them. I can listen to music and still be aware of traffic and people around me. As a woman who likes to go on walks alone, these are perfect!

Not a review i ever thought I'd be leaving on a brand i love so much Out of the box they're very different to headphones of old and bought them with the intention of wearing them to bed or at work because they clip on the ear and give good sound while alliwing you to hear whats going on elsewhere. So why didn't i keep them well off their first try out of the box they had good battery life but having them a week i only got one full charge out of them left ear charged fine but the right never really did so try a hard reset nope the button never responded. I say all this if it had worked i'd have kept them as when they worked they were brilliant but this time its a no from me anker and ive bought anything and everything over the last 10years or so from your brand and never had a problem so to say i'm dissapointed is an understatement

I've really struggled to find the right sort of headphones/ earbuds etc. I've got over-ear and in-ear which are ok in their own ways: but over-ears get uncomfortable with spectacles and have a large profile; and in-ears are prone to falling out of my ears. I also like to hear what's going on around me, so was drawn to bone conduction gear but thought they'd be terrible for glasses. I've had these for a week now. Once you get used to putting them on it's quite straightforward, and after a bit of experimenting I've settled on using the medium grips which came in the box. You can download an app to play around with sound settings. I've found the default "soundcore signature" to be best if you're listening to a range of styles of music on shuffle. The general sound quality is pretty good: not as good as my over-ears, but that wasn't my expectation anyway. Where these really come into their own is grip/ staying where I need them to. I wore them this morning on a 12k run and had no problems at all. I was also able to listen to music whilst hearing birds sing and waves crash on the beach.

Plagued with technical issues unfortunatly, most of the time it seems to forget one of the ear buds exists and only puts sound to one. Then you have to go through all the reset options, un-pair re-pair, on several devices over again. When you do manage to get both plugs working there are still random drops and re-connects, or sound going quieter in one than another randomly, or robotic effects as the bluetooth doesnt seem to cope. In the end, I just cant now get one ear plug to work at all. I would also say that plugs seem to be in the box backward, so I had to keep the 'FRONT' sticker suck to remind you which way around they go on your ear! you just cant 'slip them on' very easily or you'll have them on the wrong way around or the left in the right etc. I do like this type of ear bud, these are my first pair, it is more comfortable to wear and when they work you basically forget they are even there. The quality of the sound is good etc. However, with the technical problems I would say it would be better to just buy an even cheaper pair to see if you like them etc... then invest in a more premium expensive version. With these you get a good/acceptable quality but with the same technical issues of cheaper versions, seems like the software inside isnt good eventually contacted support to return them. In the end not worth it for rare times I use them. Without the tech issues id still rate them 3 only

My family own a number of Anker products and told me for the price they were really good so I thought I'd give them a try. I am not an expert but I was happy with the sound quality. They stay secure on my ears when running and in the gym though as others have mentioned they can be uncomfortable at times but you do get used to them so for me this is not a negative. They weren't as waterproof as I though they would be and one bud stopped working whilst running in light rain (IPX4) I did have to return the product as only one side stopped working at around the 6 week point. After multiple attempts to solve the issue and contacting soundcore the right side just refused to sync. When I was packing them away for return I did notice that one of the charging pins in the charging box for the right side earbud was much shorter than the others. I suspect this could have been to issue, so possibly worn down or just a manufacturing fault. I have now bought something similar but much cheaper (bonus) OHAYO Open Ear Headphones. I wish do I had bought these first. The touch control is so much more responsive and they are so easy to put on and super comfortable. No issues syncing and so far no water ingress.

Great fit and do what they meant to really well If you want deep immersive sound these are not for you. But if you want to hear the kids while you listening to your music these are a great option

My partner has the bose ultra open and I sincerely considered spending almost C$400 on them, but I couldn’t justify that for primarily office use, especially because I already have much better sounding headphones and earbuds. These do not even come close to the sound quality on the bose. If you want these for music + for use as your primary buds, I’d pass on them. I use these while I’m sitting in the office listening to a show in the bg, and they work well for that, even some music is okay. If I’m feeling more inclined to listen to music one day though, I’ll use my airpods. I can wear these for ~7 hours with some readjusting, they sit in the middle of my ear but start cascading downwards where they eventually pinch. Haven’t tried the silicone tips to help prop them up. They last an entire day on one charge too, which I’m happy about! Overall, they’re cheap and will do. I’m happy with my purchase!

My favorite headphones for doing things in. I forget I'm wearing these. They're so comfy and actually do have quite a bit of bass. Even the deep sub-bass in deep house is still there. I can't even believe that I can listen to the very bass focused music I like with these. They're missing that bit of growl that super deep bass has. These are definitely not as thick or rich sounding, can even be a little sharper sounding than the Bose QC 35 ii I have. To be expected. These sound more like standing in a really big room listening to music. You're not close to the music but it feels expansive and light especially since you can feel and hear your surroundings and you don't feel plugged up by over the ear headphones or earbuds. (They don't give the sound of an echo but some things feel like the sound is coming from all around you, which is delightful. You can turn on the EQ to"3D surround" and that's kind of echo-y and even more surrounding you, though I don't prefer that setting.) Before these I was practically living in my Bose QC 35 ii over ear headphones and now I'm not often tempted to put the Bose on. Bought them for audiobooks, stayed for music. I even thought that I love to live in noise cancelling every minute of my day, but it turns out that when ambient sound isn't distorted by earbuds and I have lovely music or books perfectly and comfortably in my ears, I prefer these to noise cancelling. I am a person who is quite irritated by bad sounds (dishes clanking, my electric toothbrush, cars driving, etc). I thought I liked that disconnected feeling you can get listening in noise cancelling, but it turns out that it's really nice to feel more in the real world while I listen to things. I can also put the sound to a level where I have some background beats/tunes and still listen to birds and the river. So lovely. They've been on many walks and hikes. I've jogged a bit with them in, washed dishes, put shirts over my head, and put on glasses and masks and hats. They haven't fallen out once. I was concerned that a lot of these type can't be turned on without their case so I'd always have to bring the case. Nope. It seems that it will stay in standby mode even if when it's not connected to anything for hours, and will still be on and ready to go when I reconnect the device (phone usually or my garmin watch). I have worn them literally all day most days since I've received them. The battery easily lasts the day, though sometimes I am not sending sound through them. Most of the time I'm on multiple hour calls and listening to music or audiobooks constantly, and only charging while I sleep. People report that my mic sounds very good. There are a few YouTube videos about this, if you're interested. My ears were a little bit sore on day 1 and 2 but I think it was because I was messing with the position and pulling them on and off frequently and incorrectly. It's worth sliding them up the ear before you take them on and actually putting them on up there before sliding them in place. You'll get used to it quickly and it's easy to find the sweet spot in your ear that sounds best and then just always put them there. They feel really light once you have them on. I have had 2 pairs of bone conduction headphones (one was the Shockz open move) that were so hard to wear with a hat, sunglasses, and a mask. Even without all the other stuff near my ears, I would always need to reposition those. These are just chilling there in place, not pushing my ears outward like the shockz. I'm pretty sure these also sound quite a bit better, and still sound great when they're not positioned perfectly.

I love it because I used it from morning to evening .. battery is stay long. Sound a bit hurt to my ear not so good like before I brought same like this the speaker is not hurts to my ear
