Purchased today ...... value for money product,quality was average the wire is too short for plugin don't know how much it will last longer. And there is warning on the panel it shouldn't used over 30 min so it's a disappointing point .

I purchased a Pigeon Induction Cooktop, expecting decent performance, but my experience has been frustrating. Here’s why I do not recommend this product: 1. Poor Button Quality:- Within just a month of use, the buttons started malfunctioning. They feel cheap, unresponsive, and eventually got damaged. Operating the cooktop became a struggle. 2. Low-Quality Body:- The overall build quality is extremely poor. The plastic body feels flimsy and does not give confidence in its durability. A small impact can cause cracks or other damage. 3. Weak Surface:- The induction’s surface is not sturdy enough. You need to be extra cautious while placing cookware on it, as it can easily get scratches or even crack under slight pressure. 4. Worst Customer Support:- The biggest disappointment is customer service. I tried contacting them through the numbers listed on their website, Google, Amazon, etc., but none were available. It seems like they have no proper support system. 5. Frequent Repairs and Extra Cost:- Within three months, my induction broke down seven times. Each time, I had to spend ₹150 on repairs. The induction itself cost ₹1200, and now, after repairs, I have spent ₹2100! Instead of wasting money on such a low-quality product, it’s better to invest in a heavy-duty, reliable induction cooktop. Final Verdict: Avoid This Product:- This Pigeon Induction Cooktop is not worth buying. If you purchase it, be prepared for frequent breakdowns and additional repair costs. Instead, invest in a better brand with stronger durability and proper customer

The item was great but the trespassers were just like there mom, who to let my mother and me to get shock treatment since the everyday seizures after Amrita Das Dutta 's and mine, Indradeepta Roys mutual approach. It was good like prestige or else. But like on 2023, 2025 and forwarded with ultimate criminal approach to trespass and now trying to Tapati Dutta, get to get in confidence, to let tge crimes get covered.

Stopped for after 10 months..all the ED'S started flickering in absurd way...not so durable..

I know this review will be deleted. Still trying to alerting the customers on this company. I ordered this product from Amazon for my mother as she lives alone in our village due to this LPG situation. Trusted the review in Amazon on this product. But after the delivery the product was not working. Contacted with the service center and raised ticket. The service engineer came to my place and told us that the fan and PCB is faulty and he ordered those items from the company. But that was the last help I got. After that I connected with the customer care multiple times also sent emails. But no one is giving any reply. Everytime they are saying they have sent my ticket to their escalation team and they will calle within 24 hours. No call came and it is going to complete one month soon without any resolution. This company is cheating with their customers. The new product is not working but they are not helping their customers. Please don't buy this product if you value your money. Very bad experience on Pegion company.
