I first bought it from a exhibition at a higher price, later saw that it's a available at amazon at lesser price tooLater I ordered 6 pieces of the same to give. Received all pieces well packed, no leakage at all, all pieces working well.It retains heat for at least 1.5 to 2 hours.Highly recommend product

The quality of the product is quite good. The heating bag is just a bit puffed but its working well.

The volume of liquid was very low. Package was very weak and roughly handled along the way. Coming to pain relief and comfort, Not the very best but satisfactory. It will not trip at a certain temperature, Can abnormally heat. But the warmth lasts long and acts as a soother for joint pains and trips us to sleep.

Very nice product. I m using it for many months now and it us working well. It heats up really fast in 5 mins and stays hot for a long time and eventually becomes warm. Good product. Better than hot water bags in my opinion.

Good product . After rejecting defective 2 bags from different sellers finally got good one. Colour is also nice and i will buy one more..This is a actually after a month feedback. The product stopped working, the plugging pin broke 😰 now I cannot rate it 5 star

My mom and grandfather are very happy when i gifted them this wonder item , as winter approches having joint pain is a very normal issue with that aged ppl , my mother loved this product alot and it”s her way of surviving in winters ,I also use it during my chunks cramps and it is a life saver coz you dont have to get up for gmhot water bag again and againgOne draw back i would say it should have auto cut just to avoid extra geat

The heating bag is a boon! It is small with good quality cloth and great designs!! Once heated, lasts longer than an hour!!! One of the best products provided by Amazon!!
