The Best!
Using this knife for almost 5 years now. Still works like a charm. Best knife I own for cutting ginger, garlic, onions & peeling tomatoes. Totally worth the hype & the price!

If you're buying it as a pairing knife, would suggest a slightly longer blade.
I bought 5 knives for my kitchen and this was the only one that didn't live upto the hope. The curved blade is too small. Wished I'd purchased one with a slightly longer blade but it's still used regularly and cuts just fine. Unless you have a specific use in mind, I'd recommend getting something with a blade that's an inch longer.

Victorinox knife is high sharp good, sturdy & comfortable but costly. Knife Make is surgical blade material. Best work.
