I'm writing review after using this weighing scale for one month. Design and display is nice. Battery was charged once and till now it is working so batter backup is good. I use it once in morning. It is light weight. thickness of glass is less compare to my earlier weighing scale. On every first use it shows extra 1 kg and on subsequent it shows right weight.

This Weighing scale is good if you keep it at right place because it's very light and glass is very thin. If you handle it carefully nothing will go bad rather it will last for longer. I have bought it almost a year back, working absolutely fine. Need to charge once in a few months. Best part is you don't need to put any batteries. You can charge and it's ready to work. Recently bought again for my parents. So far so good no complaint.

Its good and using since 5 months no problem faced yet working very nicely and once you charge it lasting for 1 month its battery life is good and very easy to useNot measure weight less than 20kg and exeding 160kg ..Overall nice product you should must buy

Quality of the product is very good. You have to use it very delicately.However, with regards to accuracy it lack behind.Whenever I check my weight for first time it shows something and after a minute if I try again it shows some other numbers. It happens with all my family members. So what I'm trying to say is you won't come to know your accurate weight but approximate weight ;)

Using the product for about a month or so now.. Is good and gives measures pretty accurately.. Cross checked it with a 10kg product and the measure was accurate..Needs a sturdy base so make sure it is not shaking when u measure urself..Bought one with charging point have only charged it once until now and it is still going good so good enough for my home use..

It is a very nice product.very easy to use. Even a 3 year old kid can control it.must buy product.i like it

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this on 11th Aug and in around 8 months the product stopped functioning. When I connected with Amazon for a warranty, I have been referred to the manufacturer and the manufacturer wants me to ship this product to Haryana from Maharashtra which costs me Rs. 200 to 600.Now you can do that Math. Feedback: concentrate on either product quality or after-sales service. Both would be great but one will at least keep your business going.

I was in the middle of transition when, along with some 60 other items, I ordered this weighing scale. In a few days, when I opened it, I realized that it was just going into 'overload' mode when I tried to weigh myself (I am not *that* overwight :D ). I contacted the service staff at healthgenie, and first they asked me to share some information orally and through pictures. They determined that I needed to send the scale to their Gurgaon office. The scale is light weight and it didn't cost me much to send it. After due quality check, the company replaced my machine and shared additional information on service beyond warranty.I am very happy with this response from the company and recommend buying this machine. Do register yourself on their website after you buy this product, as it will be helful.
