It is good product for Neti Yogic kriya . I used and it is easy for use neti kriya. You can fill it with lukewarm water and add one or two pouch of salt given in it and just tilt head firstly left side and pour on right side nostril and water will flow from letf nostril and then again tilt head right side and water pour into left nostril and water ll from right side nostril. While during this kriya your mouth must be open. Then one time both nostril done. Wipe with clean tissue or cloth towel. And exhale breath both nostrils one by one. Then do kapalbhati and done. Pay Gratitude to Universe for Your cleansing. It ll give instant relief and clean ur nostrils throat and clearity to ur mind also. Ur breathing ll improve. Thank you🙏🏻

Pros: The neti pot is very light. Made of nice material, doesn't feel that cheap plastic, it feels very premium. Easy clean and quick dry. Cons: The quantity it holds off water is less, i.e. it's size is small. This won't be a trouble for many. It's a personal preference to hold a big heavy pot with much water or hold a handy light pot with sufficient water (this pot). So if someone wants to repeat neti cycle 5-6 times, they need to fill it with water again. So better to fill another big pot of water and use that in small quantities with this particular pot. After the neti cycle completes and we think that water has vanished completely, some water still remains in pot. It's not a big problem though. The salt pouches I got are 7-8 only, though I read somewhere that we get 50 pouches.

Product is ok but water flows very slowly and since it’s hard plastic you cannot really squeeze it to make the flow stronger.
