Life saver
It really works but please remove in 8 hours let skin breathe for a bit before reapply. Especially good more nighles and muscle spasms

Worst product
This is just waste of money, this patches are not able to stick in the body, in just 5 mins it came out from the body. The glue is very bad and also there is no effect.

Relief! Strong adhesion!
I have used these on my shoulder, neck and knee and it was magical. The pain does not disappear at once but it truly gave me relief. I always avoided putting pain relief ointment because how strong it smells and how messy it becomes (with clothes and sun exposure can give burns) but this one is hassle free. The adhesion is super strong so it hurts while removing the patch specially on hairy areas.

Not sure if it’s worth it
In principle, it’s a great product - something that stays in place and provides pain relief, something seamless that doesn’t obstruct your daily life! In practice, the patch doesn’t have much counterirritant effect and the pain doesn’t really decreases. Even moov spray does a better job at numbing the pain. As people have already mentioned, it hurts quite a lot when you take it off, even if you have fine or no hair in the area. It sticks to the skin very hard and it bruises the skin. My shoulder still feels raw and it’s quite painful to touch. I can feel the texture and creases of the way the patch was stuck on my skin even after 48 hours of removing it!? Quite strange. In short, one may get tempted to use this in extreme pain, but the aftermath is equally painful.
