Seems to be a nice sturdy kettle. It pours well and heats quickly. Does not make much noise unless it is hard boiling & waaay less than my last kettle! Easy on & off of base. Nice temperature range. & Mute function! Yay! Gasket lid works well so far... (please make sure it it seated properly & use safe practices because - it is boiling water!!!) Keep warm function for 1 hour. & if you leave it plugged in between batches- it remembers your settings. Nice design & functionality as i tested it. Been using daily for a few months now with no issues. Have noticed the tea basket fits in my yeti thermos which is handy for brewing for travel. Only downside is i accidentally push power button while i am turning temperature knob (user error lol) Overall a nice tea kettle that i would recommend!

This kettle works much faster than my old one and it is beautiful! To be fully transparent, I haven't used the tea brewing feature because I like to use bags in my cup. The tea brewing insert can easily be removed. I also use it heat water to make miso soup which is why I wanted an adjustable temperature kettle. The probiotics in miso are killed at 60C (140F) or higher and this kettle is able to warm to a temperature lower than that. I set it to 50C (122F) just to be on the safe side because I saw other reviews that said the temperature measure is not exact. I live at about 7,000 ft above sea level so my boiling point is closer to 94C (200F) instead of 100C (212F). I set the kettle to 100C and it turns itself off once it boils which is a great feature my old kettle was missing. Once it reaches a rolling boil, it stops and starts about 3 times then turns off completely. I included a video of the process. Even though the body of the kettle is glass, the borosilicate glass handles the quick boil well but I have been careful not to refill it with cool or room temperature water right after because I don't want the kettle to break from the rapid temperature change. The plus side of the kettle being mostly glass is that there should be very little or no chemical leaching into the water as it boils.

I really like this kettle. It's easy to use. The controls are well designed with a knob for dialing in your desired temp. It's stylish and it doesn't take up much space on the counter. I like the window so you can see how much water is in there. However, the glass cracked after a couple months of use. The Intasting company replaced it immediately, so I would definitely recommend this brand. They stand behind their product and that's rare these days. However, I'm starting to wonder if a glass kettle is maybe not the best idea in general. If you're concerned about the glass breaking, maybe consider a stainless steel version from the same company. They have a bunch of models that are beautifully designed.

Only on day one, so not an in-depth report yet. The first morning I used it to make tea, though, was absolute bliss I but use high-end teas (aka “tea snob”) and have long wanted the type of brewer that would let you set own temperatures. This was the only one I could find. Unless I missed something, all the other brewers let you set “this temp for green teas; this temp for black teas”, etc. Tea snob here, but I wanted it dial in for 171-degrees for Chamrai Nilgiri FOP, not some generalized number for black teas. This was the only brewer that I could find that offered that. Other positives - the water goes through at an amazing rate: my first cup was done before I could even yawn. Bad for some/good for others: the carafe only holds a little over two mugs-full. Might be a problem for some used to using a large kettle. Kettle might be great when you have company, but as I said, the water goes through so quickly that you barely have to wait for that third or even fourth cup, plus you can set the temp that the tea waits by hand. A nice touch. Pro: the infuser is very nice and seems to push the water through quickly. Don’t forget, you have to let the tea brew (sit on the infuser) to the exact time until it’s done. This brings up one of the BIG let downs with product. Again, I’m a newbie, but I couldn’t find ANY kind of timer I could use to mark how long it’s brewing. Kinda important if you want to get it right. Today I used the c;lock on the microwave - not ideal. Tomorrow if I can’t find a time on the machine, I’ll have on a watch with a timer on it if I can remember it. After that I buy a little kitchen timer and knock a star or two off of this review. For this price and claim of quality - uh…no. Other no-no’s include WAY too many buttons on the face of the product (you couldn’t have “mute” on the side? And the translation of the instruction manuals - I really liked “FLOW MO10 Pro” on the cover, which read to me as FLOW MO PRO. You go, Flo. But the winner for me was in the quick start guide A PRODUCT DIAGRAM B OPERATION DIAGRAM C FINCTION BUTTONS AND (drumroll please) D FUNCACTION OVERVEW (can I sign up? Is it included? Where are we going? Is it a cruise? Will I need a passport? What’s YOUR idea of a fun vacation? This brewer is light enough to be taken on vacation! But my idea wold just be a brewer with a timer on it.

So far I love this kettle. You can set the temp for any number unlike most that have preset levels. The wide top allows easy filling from our filtered water dispenser on the fridge. The best part is the ability to turn off any beeping; the one we purchased before this made way too much noise, it was returned. Heats as fast as any other kettle I have used. And the people saying that it moldy are not seeing mold, they are getting calcified minerals from their water. The instructions say to descale with vinegar weekly but since we use filtered water ours get very little build up. My only issue is that it not insulated like our last kettle but it reheats so quickly it not a problem. Hoping it has decent longevity, that's my only concern at this point.

Very Happy with this purchase!. This tea kettle is fabulous. It’s simple to clean 4 parts, very easy to load tea in the metal cylinder. I use bags so there is no mess cleaning up. You can lock the two part lid for secure pouring. I’m amazed at how quickly the heating speed is. I use it to boil water because it quicker than the microwave. Glass pitcher fits securely on the base to heat up your next cup of tea. Markings and information on tea heat are easily read.

Excelente producto. Funciona perfecto. Ha sido la mejor elección, al hervir, el agua se mantiene en su sitio, el seguro y sellado permiten que no haya salida de líquido. Es una maravilla.

Malo llego con defecto no embona en vaso cafetero a la base !
