Do Disappointing
Type 2 Diabetic. Had a severe illness over last 2 weeks and unable to eat. I dipped in and out of hyperglycaemia and severe hypers quite a few times, docs were skeptic and so decided to buy one of these to show them I wasn't lying. First day after calibration, (I checked 3 or 4 times against finger prick test) worked brilliantly. Had it positioned on my arm. Went to bed, woke up and still all good. I set the warning threshold a little higher so I could take action before I dipped low. Around 11am on second day it started alarming every few minutes and on checking, I had dipped to 2.1. Then it went LOW (unregisterable). Since then it has remained at low, although spraodially goes back up, only to return to low almost immediately. I acted on the first two or three warnings and grabbed a glucose tab (still unable to eat) or a quick shot of lucozade sport. 4th warning, I decided to do finger prick and I was well into 18mmol. I rechecked it against the finger prick test and it was sonout it wasn't worth wearing. Contacted customer service on pc (it doesn't work in the app) and still waiting on reply. £50 to monitor my levels for one day. I was so hopeful for this to work as I was planning on buying one every two weeks as it's easier to manage my levels than by remembering what I have or haven't eaten or drank.

Unit failed on first 24hr period.
Was impressed with the first unit and worked very well, after the two weeks produced a full report over that period which can be saved to look back on. Changed to a second unit, swap over way easy but a day and a half into the 15 day life span just packed up, no Bluetooth connection, tried to restart app and checked Bluetooth on phone, fault with sensor, no way of making contact with manufacturers other then e mail, so do expect a quick response. Now looking at an alternative manufacturer as feel they may have better support service. As it looks like an expensive failure with no direct contact by phone.

Avoid this product
The device consists of two parts: a sensor and a transmitter. The first step is to connect the sensor to the transmitter by clicking their housings together. I encountered issues with the first device I purchased, as these two parts would not connect; however, Amazon promptly replaced it. With the second device, the two pieces connected, but the housing would not detach after it was applied to my skin. Amazon replaced this device as well. The third device successfully clicked together and attached to my skin correctly. Unfortunately, the accompanying software would not run on my Pixel 9. I managed to get the software running on my Galaxy tablet, but the readings were significantly different from those of my blood test meter, even when accounting for the expected reading lag. On the third day, the software indicated a sensor error and instructed me to contact support. However, clicking the 'support' button displayed a message stating that support is not available in my area. Consequently, I discarded the device.

Blood sugar levels
This is better than doing checks by blood tests. Painless procedure checks every 3 minutes. Gives you readings you can follow and adjust your diet to get a steady levels of blood sugar

Unnacurate
Not accurate. I've had it for a week now it's constantly saying I have low blood sugars which is not true. I have two other monitors which are showing my blood sugars to be much higher. I will post a picture with one of the differences. If it's saying my sugar is 3mmol then it's probably more like 6mmol. Very big difference.

Good
Bought for my dad. Nice and comfy for him, no need to prick daily. Wish it was cheaper though,

Instead of frequent finger pricks, the device tracks glucose levels automatically every few minutes
I’ve been using the Sinocare iCan Continuous Glucose Monitor for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in how I manage my blood sugar levels daily. The biggest advantage is its continuous real-time monitoring. Instead of frequent finger pricks, the device tracks glucose levels automatically every few minutes and displays trends clearly in the mobile app. This makes it much easier to understand how food, exercise, and stress affect my glucose levels throughout the day. The 15-day sensor life is very convenient, providing uninterrupted monitoring without frequent replacements. It also offers real-time alerts for high and low glucose levels, which adds an extra layer of safety—especially during sleep. Another strong point is the user-friendly app interface. The data is presented in easy-to-read graphs, helping both beginners and experienced users analyze patterns and make better health decisions. The device is also lightweight, waterproof, and comfortable to wear, so it doesn’t interfere with daily activities. In terms of accuracy, it performs well for everyday monitoring, though like most CGMs, there can be slight variations compared to finger-prick readings. Clinical evaluations show it provides generally reliable data for trend tracking and glucose management.

Worst Product
The CGM patch we received is not working. We applied the patch, but it did not start, and nothing is displayed. At this point, it does not seem worth the money spent.

Best device to monitor Gulocose at Home.
This CGM system is very helpful for monitoring glucose levels. The quality of this device is very good, and the design is compact and comfortable to use. The one-push sensor application is very helpful for easy use. The Bluetooth connection is very smooth with the sinocare app, and the glucose levels are very clear and accurate. The 15-day glucose level tracking is very helpful and reliable. Anyone can go for this device if they are looking for a smart glucose monitor.
