Great Book But..
It's a Great Book, A simplified explanation and covers a wide range of food ranges: salad, teas, Gruels, Gain food, Curries, Subzis, Kuzhambus, Dinners, Tiffins, Chutneys, Snacks, Sweets & Protein Punch !!! As the aim of the book is to provide Traditional & healthy food, I was expecting the benefits of each dish will be explained. But for my surprise, it's not there. Note for editor: Please include in the next edition!!

Great book for healthy, tasty and satvik recipes + lots of insights
I loved this book, very helpful if you are aspiring to be conscious of what you eat. I recommend this to all age groups, but primarily to youth as this is the great time you can start looking towards food consciously. Thank you Sadhguru and Isha foundation!! 🎉 🎊 🙏

Superb
If one wants to lead a healthy lifestyle, this book is a MUST. It provides great insights into what one should eat and why. Provides a different dimension altogather. Thanks a lot to Isha foundation for publishing such a useful book.

Book is only for healthy people doesn't contain anything related to bp, cholesterol, diabetes
This book contains large variety of recipes. It is directed for the normal healthy people. If you are having high/low bp, High blood sugar, heart issue etc complicated health problem, then this book is not for you. It doesn't contain any direction towards food for people with such complex health problems.

Must buy book for changing food eating habits!
I first took Sadhguru's Isha class 14 years ago. At that time they gave a single page list of raw food recipes which we still follow. Sadhguru's classes have a food component: pranic, non pranic foods. This book is excellent in the sense it has so many recipes with millets & pranic foods. This book will be a treasure for anyone who is a spiritual practioner, bachelor, diabetic, or working person. It will serve by providing people healthy, low calorie, high fiber traditional recipes with Sadhguru's wisdom. In one of my reviews on a book I commented that there should be star ratings for book publisher: Harper elements deserves 5 STARS, for bringing out such a fine piece of publishing. I have seen their earlier works also. They are consistently very good.

Great book for vegetarian
This book is easy to read and to understands, give us some options on what to use in our cooking. What is good to eat, what is healthy and hopefully we get what our body needs a balanced diet. Thank you
