Unreliable, with poor/nonexistent customer service
Now it works and now it doesn't. Unreliable, with poor consumer service and non-existent help. Finding where the problem is is essentially impossible, with multiple units "intelligently" communicating and attempting to deliver service. This is from a rather advanced user, administering servers and reasonably proficient in managing multiple operating systems and networks. UPDATE: After many months, intermitted problems continue. Wi-Fi sometimes unreliable, especially the (separate) 5GhZ network from one of the mesh units (all connected via backbone ethernet, so it's supposed to be very fast, but even when working it's slow). If you run a webserver in your local network, good luck! Endless problems with NAT hair-pinning (or not) and IPv6, things luckily work when connecting from outside of the network, but from inside the network it's a mess. Even SSH to local network machine that has a FQDN may or not work. And it may work for a week, and then stops working. Similar - related or not - problems with IoT devices, and flaky Wi-Fi connectivity on guest network, and even one of the two (2.4Ghz) networks one needs for IoTs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not a good choice for single family homes.
Bad signal strength, drops connections frequently. Waste of money for single family homes.
