Not a source of Vitamin E
They are misleading by implying it a good source of Vitamin E. Vitamin E RDA is 22 IU and 500 mg of wheat germ oil has around 3 IU so unless you have 7 capsules it's no use. Most others have at least 10 IU to high dose ones with 400 IU. Avoid!

Great supplement. I had developed dark rough patches on my skin on knuckles. Used all sorts or oils and cremes of no avail. After taking one pill in the morning daily for 10 days only, the skin condition has improved 90%. I think it must have done some good to other organs also.
