Does exactly what I bought it for and looks great. Would have given 5* if the instructions had been a little more detailed regarding programming the screen.

in free text mode on can display 2 characters and can not be saved
cannot show 4 characters i.e TAXI text to be entered but will not display correctly shows 2 letters at a time โT A โ then โX I โ this is only usable if it is set to scroll left The display is obviously capable of showing 4 characters as it can display time with and border and colon in the middle as shown in other pictures and tested when I received it. also as soon as power is removed the display needs to be reconnected and set up again by connecting to app as it will not store the last text displayed. you can get round this by wiring it to a permanent live and using the remote to switch it off and on but may end up causing a power drain
