Hopopower’s replacement Jabra Evolve 75 earpads are nearly identical to the ones they’re replacing. I got them to replace the original earpads that seemed to have gotten uncomfortably hard. As a direct replacement, the new earpads felt the same.No directions were included with the Hopopower earpads but instructions were on the product description. Getting the old earpads off was harder than those instructions led me to believe and I feared breaking the earpad bracket on my Jabra Evolve headset. Applying more counterclockwise force resulted in the earpads finally letting go of the headphone’s orange earpad bracket.After installing the new earpads, I was disappointed with how they felt. Their fit was identical to the original earpads. I was looking for a softer earpad that would lessen my ear discomfort. As a direct replacement, Hopopower’s earpads are fine for those who like how the original earpads feel, but whose earpads deteriorated in some manner.

Not easy to install but once it’s on it looks and feels like the Jabra ear pad. These do not come with instructions so if you don’t know, you have to twist the old ear pads off. Pay attention to the design under the ear pad before tossing them so you know how to install the new one because it matches. Only difference is there are no holes on the bottom of the ear pad but no one on my Teams calls have noticed a difference in audio quality.
