We already using same brand before for more than 10 years still running, that trust made us to buy the same brand again, new product is amazing and works perfectly, costly but worth the price.

Initially received defective product and after replacing it with new item it was working fine. Esp: Pathetic delivery service !!!!!!

I’m genuinely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this wet grinder with a lot of hope after reading so many positive reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The core functionality itself is not working as expected. Even after soaking rice properly and running the grinder for nearly an hour, it fails to grind efficiently. This defeats the entire purpose of investing in a product at this price point. What’s more frustrating is that the issues seem to stem from the design rather than a one-off defect: * When placing the grinding stone, rice gets stuck underneath it. This increases the height of the center stone and interferes with the locking mechanism, making it unstable and unreliable. * The sweeping mechanism has a noticeable gap, allowing rice to escape from the grinding area. This significantly increases grinding time and reduces effectiveness. At this price range (around ₹10,000), this is not a small purchase for many of us. We chose to spend more hoping for better quality after being let down by cheaper options, but this has been an even bigger disappointment. The only resolution offered is a replacement, which might help if it were a defective unit. However, these problems feel like fundamental design flaws, not isolated issues. Because of that, I’m not confident that a replacement will solve anything. I would strongly prefer a return and refund rather than going through the hassle again. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disheartening experience.

Good product and less weight grinding batter quickly and perfectly

It’s working as expected. Good quality and having great look.

My first order delivery did not work as expected. The package itself was damaged and when i switched on the device, the sound was louder than usual and it didn't grind well and took a longer time for grinding. When I called Amazon customer service they assisted me very well by replacing the product in a very quick time. Second delivery of the product was good and the sound was very low and taking less time to grind :-) Thanks Amazon.

Not easy to take the batter from the drum .. we have to take whole drum and pour the batter ..
