A good brand and a necessary supplement

I won't really see any major results till it's over however so far I feel better and my hair is healthier, my kneecaps don't click as much but they still do and to be honest it keeps coming back so not sure if it's working or just exercising contributing to the relief, we'll see.

Good to get a large bottle of high strength Zinc Picolinate. I take this as part of my daily vitamin regimen, and have not noticed switching to this make from my previous (more expensive) make. Over all pleased with the product.

Have taken zinc for years now and wouldn't be without it as is especially good for my skin and this is a very good high strength and will last either six months if you take one a day which is enough for me or three months if you feel you need a two a day so would recommend as is good value.
