It's very fragile, because very sharp fine needles, working absolutely fine for my skin, my doctor recommended it for my hairfall treatment, 0.75mm is ideal if your skin is not hard and thick. 0.5mm is for those who are just starting or have very thin and sensitive skin. Ask a doctor or research before choosing your size. The product is expensive though (450Rs), it's quality is really good but it's very fragile clean it smartly or you'll broke it, Still I recommended you to invest in this since you're microneedling (injecting needle inside your skin) and it looks medical grade quality, use it carefully and clean it farmly with rubbing alcohol, it will last longer. Tip: its sharp and works fine, don't put to much pressure, first roll it farmly if you getting redness in your skin then you know it's working, keep the pressure according to it. DON'T OVER USE IT! Give at least 24hours for healing process otherwise you'll make things worse. Wash your head or the area early that day, derma roll when its dry and clean. IF USING ON FACE or any scar, clean the area before using it with rubbing alcohol. CLEAN THE DERMA ROLLER EVERYTIME BEFORE AND AFTER WHEN USED, WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL.

Value for money hai Ease of use - moderate hai, before and after alcohol me dip krke clean Krna padta hai. Durability to mast hai. Hair growth support krta hai agar week me 1 baar aur 3 months tak use kare with supplementary nutrition.

This is scam... Product shown in the picture is with horizontal line needles and received item with vertical line needles... Which is a blade and it can be damages your scalp.
