Fulfill the requirement to keep tea hot for longer time period.
Fulfill the requirement to keep tea hot for longer time period. I take tea after 3-4 hours, and it is as hot as just prepared. 30 mins before tea , I fill the mug with hot water and then replace it with hot tea. I drink tea from mug directly, easy to drink. Then I wash it with water, easy to clean and keep it open. Overall, I followed the instructions given by the company and enjoying my mug.

One of the worst product I've ever seen in my life, Beverage get cold very quickly, It's not stay warm for half an hour... Waste of money

It remains hot for about 3 hours and cold for about 5 hours. That is all. But for that time and purpose the product serves its purpose. Price little more for the quality.
