Rice bran is considered good for health because it has a lot mufa. It is as good as Olive oil and it is better than Mustard oil in most cases. The oil has neutral taste so it is good for all kind of dishes and Indian cooking. Good for deep frying, does not produce smoke, as Rice bran oil has high smoke point. As per various research Rice bran oil can help reduce the change of heart disease and cholesterol issues. Rice bran oil is as good as olive oil and is better than rice bran oil in most aspects. I highly recommend Rice bran oil. I do not have issues with product, but the product reached me in bad condition packing was all torn up. I hope that my review helped you.
