Hi, I am 48yrs old, I came to know about the FAT will help our body. Till date i thought that the FAT very dangerous to our health and i am an non-vegetarian before 5years, my Doctor was advised to stop all the FAT contained foods, like Meat, Ghee, Oil, coconut, nuts etc. I am also thinking about the diet which was advised by the nutrition. I am following the advised diet past 5 years but i didn't feel the improvements, till i am taking tablets and monthly checking there is no stability in my Health. Good Introductory Book
Excellent book to give an idea about what it is. Actually I read only this book. Switched to Paleo dieting. 2 months now. I am feeling better. My lipid profile is good. I last that excess weight. I have never been obese. Little tummy- the middle age build. Last that little excess. Feeling good.

Such a wonderful book. Recommend for people who wants to reduce weight
I read the full book about 7-8 days. It is informative and interesting. But some content/messages are repetitive, may be the author felt it was necessary. I really felt it was necessary for the same over and over again.The book is written well covering almost all the topics about health such like vitamins, iron, history about homnids (human evaluation), sugar, cholesterol (Low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein) and many.I have been following the diet for 20 days. It gives good result. Frankly, I don't think I will continue the diet as it is not comfortable for me.However the book is great. I recommend everybody to give a try.

It is an interesting read and we get a different perspective about food and diet and lifestyle. Author's style is lucid and ideas flow with clarity. However, as it goes with any lifestyle changes, start real slow and assess every step of your journey on your body and mind accepts it.

Very informative
I bought this book after following paleo and Selvan for 1 year and reversed my T2D now still I feel I need to learn a lot and tell people about this concept so that more people can be benefited, great job Selvan 👏🏾👍

Good introduction guide
Written well about food politics, human evolution, effects of high carbohydrate food and possible solution with paleo. Very good paleo introduction in Indian view point
