Good product. However, it seems that there is a software glitch in connecting with the machine with the smart phone. Once we have tried to connect and given a code prompted by the instrument, that's it, there is no choice of reconnecting with a randomly change key. Remaining all is good. Readings are fine and within the comparable range of other instruments like OneTouch Ultra.

I am extremely disappointed with this glucometer. It is a faulty product that simply does not work. Despite following the instructions perfectly, the device consistently fails to provide any reading results, repeatedly flashing error codes instead. It has been a total waste of money and expensive test strips.

OneTouch product line offers range of different blood glucose monitors, this happens to be one of the best among them available in India. The kit comes with 10 or 20 Verio test strips depending upon the package you receive in the shipment (I got 20 test strips in the package). Also includes the Verio Flex meter, Delica lancing device with 10 Delica lancets and a zip case. OneTouch website has video guide on how to go about the test. Special mention - Delica lancing device with Delica/Delica Plus lancets it is near to pain free experience, a tiny drop is required for the test. The capillary action of Verio test strip is very convenient. The OneTouch Reveal App on smartphone is one more reason to go for it, seamless bluetooth sync stores the test history, notes and meal marking. I have another backup meter, Contour Plus One from Bayer the reading differences between them are negligible in the range of +-3.

I haven't found the battery to be a problem. Due to another review, I bought 8 replacement batteries when I ordered the device, and I haven't needed a single one of them. Granted, I make sure the device is turned off when I walk away from it. I have also been complimented by my doctor, my clinic's dietitian and my own nutritionist on how accurate they consider the device. I feel comfortable knowing that the professionals I work with consider this a good choice. I also like managing my glucose levels through the Reveal app. It is necessary because the device itself has a very minimal interface, but if you like that sort of thing, then this is the device for you.

Uses a minimal amount of blood to test for sugar. Had another machine from another company that needed more blood and would time out before I could get a reading.

The fact that the box is marked "For Sale in India Only" gives me pause. What about this unit is different other than it's price is given in Rupees? Appears to be identical to what's sold in the USA. Otherwise everything about this purchase worked out OK.

Was previously opened, parts not in sealed packaging plus the package/box was ripped open. Also the meter does not work with the battery or plugged in. Want a replacement
