Sand and Water do easily come off this product and it doesn't get hot ...
Sand and Water do easily come off this product and it doesn't get hot in sun which is good, but feels and looks more like a camping accessory. Didn't stay in sand too well either with stakes, probably work better in dirt.

Color
Color of blanket was a disappointment. It is an olive drab shade of green. On the the computer screen it appeared to be a softer moss shade. I am sure it will work fine, and my grandsons will not complain, but I was sad.

I actually sent this blanket back for 2 reasons. It did not have pockets in the corners to fill with sand in case you don't want to use the stakes, plus it is a pretty dark color which would probably be hot to sit on in the sun. It may be a wonderful blanket otherwise.

Great size
Love the size and how small it gets. I hope it doesn't got too hot when at the beach. It looks great until now!!!

Very disappointed, I thought it was green and purple in the posting, It turned out to be green and grey.

Very handy size
I love that this is so small. I have a few other beach/picnic blankets but this one I can carry around in my purse and always have a blanket handy. Since it's so light it's great that it comes with the 4 pegs, otherwise it would just blow around. It seems to be water proof too so no wet butt when sitting on damp grass :) It also folds back small enough to fit in the carrying case. Somehow most items you buy fit fine when you get them but when when you try to put them back there is no way you can fit it (tents and sleeping bags comes to mind). This one fits fine.

This blanket is made of same type of material a tent would be made with. Nothing is getting through this thing, not sand not water. Great item for keeping yojr dry stuff dry at the beach as it does not wick the moisture out of the sand or as an extra barrier for your belongings in the tent. Lightweight, portable, compact. Comes with its own storage pouch and corner stakes ro keep the breeze from blowing it away.
