Received the package in good condition,it was finely bubble wrapped the outer box was also perfect.Package:-1 pcs bagPros:-Brought this for my personal use ,and my mother is using it for her leg pain,as doctor has suggested her to keep hot water to her knees,as by the help of this she adds hot water in it and keep it on her knee,as the bag is very durable and its made up of a cloth material,as it can hold too much hot water ,and even cold ice cubes and normal water also,as its quantity more and can hold more than 500ml,and the cap will also rotate perfectly,and will not leak.useful one ,and can be carried anywhere any time,less space consuming,and can be folded also.Cons:-There is no much cons to say about the product ,as i found some cons,as outer material is made up of cloth,as it should be far from sharp objects as it may get torn or gets damaged so must be careful,if i find any other i shall update.Overall nice and good , very easy to use and carry ,fordable also,crazy one!!!!

Easy to use. Gets little wet on outer surface on ise with ice. But found no problem.

This Newnik Cool Pack / Ice Pack is an excellent First Aid Product.I keep this always handy in house for regular use specially because my kids are always fighting and having cuts here and there.The Rubber cloth material used for making this Ice Bag is of excellent standard.I purchased this for Rs 180/- from Amazon. At this price, the product gives you good value for money ,

Just used it once and quality seems okay, but color is pathetic. Much worse than what is shown in the picture.

The media could not be loaded. Bought it in March, and used only twice. Today used it for third time and it's leaking. Product concept is very good and I loved it initially.But sad to see that it's quality is not up to the mark.

Serves the purpose well. Good for cold and hot fermentation (therapy) both - A Must Have !Put ice in it and put the bag on any area, it just plops itself on the surface :) The coldness remains for 30 minutes easily.I even put hot water and did hot water fermentation too. A must have. It would help a lot during periods too.

A good product - value for money. I used it for sciatic nerve pain and it did help me quite a bit. The product initially will be pleasantly smelly, but with you it'll wear off. The only hiccup is to get your ice cubes ready 😜 that need to be filled into the bag.

I am pretty much content with the product. :)I received it in a good condition. I did fill it with water prior to my first use to check for any leaks but luckily, I couldn't find any (which is another good thing). The material it is made out of is good. Serves the purpose. I'm mainly using this for cold therapy and as of yet, I'm satisfied with the way it works.
