It's the real deal in terms of quality and quantity. Compared to LMNT they have a better balance of ingredients and REAL SALT included. Sometimes there's a little sediment left after you drink it all, I drink a lot of electrolytes, and have seen that across the brands, so I think it's normal?Only disappointment is: shipping is S>L>O>W. You will wait 2-3 weeks.

Tasty, healthy and easy to take for on the go hydration

I was looking for a higher quality electrolyte and I’ve seen these shared a few times and decided to give them a try. There are many flavors, but I got the variety pack to see which I liked the most. These are super tasty! The salt will settle in the bottom, so you do have to shake it before each drink, but that doesn’t bother me! They definitely have more of a salt taste along with the sweet flavor, which I personally enjoy! The pina colada was my favorite flavor! I will definitely be buying again!

Most flavors taste really well. Ingredients are cleaner compared to some other drinks I've tried. They do take a minute to fully dissolve.

These electrolyte sticks are a little too sweet for my taste. The flavors are delicious, and they are not weak to the taste, which I appreciate. Just sweet. Even in 30 ounces of water.Otherwise, I appreciate that they are all natural and don't contain a bunch of chemicals, which is one of the reasons I purchased them in the first place.Price wise, they compare with others at their level.

Personally, I love the Pina Colada and Watermelon Lime flavors!

Great electrolyte and flavors. A cleaner alternative than sports drinks, and my kids love these! I drink pre and post work out. and kids drink daily as well.
