Used twice so far & my hair is loving this Snail Serum. I use one full tube on my hair after shampoo & conditioner. I do not rinse out. Cannot tell I have anything in my hair; no heaviness; oily hair; etc. My hair is soft & silky. I definitely will reorder.

I’ve used all 4 vials at this point because I have thick THICK hair!!!! The next day I realized my hair didn’t feel how it normally feels post wash! Instead it was super soft!!!! Not greasy, just fluffy and healthy. Will certainly be repurchasing!

This is fantastic stuff, makes my dry hair so soft! I have fine thin hair and conditioner makes my hair lay flat and get oily right away, even though I am a senior. Most of these types of things don’t work well on my hair but this definitely does! I have already ordered more. I have not slept in it but instead used a small amount in my hair after washing. I then used my Dyson to curl and hair was soft but had volume for 3 days! That is unheard of in my world. I never want to be without!

This stuff has been a game changer for my hair. I have fairly long hair and my ends tend to break/split so I I started out using it on the ends only, until I realized it doesn't weigh down or leave my hair dirty or greasy feeling. I've since started using it all through the length, sometimes multiple times between washes. It definitely makes my hair look healthier and I haven't quite used an entire ampule yet (it goes a long way). The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that the scent is heavily floral. It seems like the scent fades but I'm honestly not sure if it's that or whether the olfactory system adapts to it. For the sake of others' noses, I hope it's the former vs latter...

This is a useful product to have around—it temporarily lessens frizz without adding any weight and it’s cost effective. It has a very light, pleasant scent that disappears quickly. I’ve primarily used it during the day to calm targeted sections of my hair that appear dry or frizzy. Even working the product into all my hair, I have yet to use an entire ampoule at once, and they’re a great size for keeping in a purse or for travel. I’ll likely purchase again and use as an overnight mask, as directed, and on a tight schedule to get maximum benefits. I’ve been squeezing quarter size amounts of the product into the palm of my hand, picking a bit up with my fingers, and then running it through a section of hair. Not runny, not sticky, easy to apply. Relevant info: long, color treated, somewhat dry hair. Medium thickness with some damage due to color and heat.

I am not sure what to expect from this product however, i see no change after 1 use, I will try again because it smells good and seems to condition/detangle.
