So excited to try this, I opened it immediately and went to fill it up, alas the water kept seeping through to the middle section and there was no information with this to tell you how to prevent this happening. I did read a review where it was suggested that a small amount of water is put in and frozen which then acts as a seal so it can be filled up - too much palaver, I thought it was supposed to be quick and easy to use. Returned immediately as it is not fit for purpose.

Only useful purpose might be to as a bottle cooler but haven’t tried that. As an ice maker, it is difficult to fill as inner compartment isn’t heavy enough to stop it being pushed up when filling. Makes a very small quantity of tiny ice cubes.

Total waste of time ! It's supposed to take the place of 7-8 ice cube trays ! This thing produces very small ice balls no where near size of an ice cube so claim is incorrect. £13 On rubbish, total waste of money going back to ice cube bags from supermarket

Not great as water leaks into main compartment then meaning difficult to remove plastic sleeve due to ice build up

Good timing finding this during the hot weather, placed in the freeze and next morning we had a tub full of ice cubes.Useful item to have for a party since it makes so many in one go.

Arrived in good time. Filled it with water, no leaks, put in freezer and all seemed well. Tried to get the inner sleeve out to get at the ice cubes but it won't budge! I've tried everything , squashing it together- even let it defrost and drain the water out but the inner sleeve won't budge! Just use it as a wine cooler - not worth the money!

I tried to get it to work, but it wont take the amount of water to make the ice cube, just spills out. Had to send it back

The ice cubes are tiny and melt straightaway it's a very poor product.mines in the bin what a con.
