Easy to install . Heat put out is amazing along with the many different flame controls and colors . Very pleased with over all product . Definitely will be purchasing more for other rooms in our home .

Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Great value. I bought one last November and in October of 25 one of the leds went out leaving the color of the frame in one spot different than the rest. I called the company and was looking for replacement parts and was told they do not have any. I was surprised when they told me that it was still under warranty and they sent me out a brand new one. It actually arrived 2 days later and worked great.

It looks great however it does NOT WORK. The heating capabilities only works at 72Degrees also the Bluetooth will not connect to the app, and makes the most annoying scratching sound I’m stuck with this big heavy thing, because we assumed it would work and threw away the box. The seller has gone quite and I’m so upset , such hi hopes

Easy to install and works great! I never like the plastic wall ankers though so I did use better more secures ones. Quality for cost seems excellent to me.

The electric power box leaves a shadow when the unit is on did a replacement for it and they did no questions asked that was good and shipped petty fast that was good the replacement showed the same shadow. In top right corner where the power cord comes out
