I really like this cleanser and have been happy with how it performs. It’s gentle on my skin, doesn’t leave it feeling dry or tight, and still does a great job of cleansing. Have I tried almost every luxury and derm skin care brand ? Probably ! I guess the proof of my love for this is : At any given moment I now have one bottle in my shower , one by my sink , one by the bathtub, and two in reserve, because I have anxiety about running out. Does that sound crazy ? Maybe! But….It’s because I FINALLY found the cleanser of my dreams for my dry, sensitive , reactive , eczema prone skin . I have been using this for over a year exclusively and never have I had more compliments on my skin. It’s unscented, low lather, with a silky smooth, moist, ultra clean finish leaving nary a trace of the day, including mascara removal. I’ve given away everything else in my cupboard. It’s my holy grail cleanser.

This product is incredible. This is a slippery, gel-like cleanser that is cleansing and hydrating even when I have dry, sensitive skin. Very, very comparable to IS Clinical Cleansing Complex which I also love, but a better price point, more neutral packaging if left on the counter, AND a pump that doesn’t clog/plug up since last use. It also has a similar consistency (but Prequel is a superior product all around) to Naturium’s niacinamide cleansing gel.

This face wash is very nice. A little goes a long way--it is rich, not watery, but makes good lather at the same time. My skin feels clean after using it. The only issue I had, and why I knocked of one star, is that the pumps don't work at all. After twisting to open them from their locked position, the soap comes out through the base of the pump insert, not through the nozzle. It may be because the package arrived with the product leaking out, so there may have been some damage to the pumps during transit. But I had to transfer the actual face wash to another pump container to dispense it. I decided not to return it because both containers were full, it's not ingestible and I was leaving on a trip and needed it. I think the value for the money is very good, as the bottles are large and I would definitely buy it again!
