This seems to work in my subjective opinion. I'm not one who normally notices an effect, even with products that do have one. This is a good supplement to use. It's easy to digest. I take these in the morning usually. I heard this can have a negative effect on sleep quality. I don't know about that. But I know ashwaghanda is better for sleep than this. I believe I have high cortisol at night (that has been a problem since before I was taking this). So I just take this in the morning and ashwaghanda at night as natural testosterone supplements. I am a 40-year-old male lifter, who does exercise 5 days a week, and I do a lot of walking and I am trying to lose weight. I can't say I gained 5 lbs of muscle in a month using this. But knowing that I can feel the effect of it working, I am sure that it has helped. Since this is natural, and not a direct hormone injection, there are none of the negative effects of TRT. I want to focus just on the review of this product, and I would say this does seem to be a good quality version of what it claims to be.

I turned 40 a few months ago and started taking this about a 12 days ago. I take it with magnesium, zinc compound. Everything since, I have not been tired in the afternoons or wanting an energy drink. I haven't done anything different with my daily routine besides eat an orange in the morning and take this. Not sure how/if I can say this but I've had more morning wood mornings taking this than i have the 2-3 years prior.

I noticed more energy and joints felt better however for myself I've noticed light headed when standing up too quickly and I do this at work constantly.

I started taking these and then started having alien encounters, I become more aware and tuned to reality. I learned about quitting the cecade, I can make them go quiet. My perception at times clears the skies. I tamed mother nature.
